Open procurement data may enable fairer competition among companies, allow to detect fraud, as well as deliver better services for governments and citizens. The Index draws on work from the Open Contracting Partnership.

| Up-to-date | No | There are a few Tender Announcement entries which are up-to-date. Based on my personal knowledge of the volume of government tenders, however, the timely entries are negligible. Other entries such as award announcements and contracts are even obsolete. |
