Up-to-date No Data from one of the Education Services' website which pulls data from the Education Management Information System (EMIS) run by the Ministry of Education is relatively out of date, with data-sets covering at most periods up to 2012. Data from the other website gives information for specific schools. For some of the schools, data available goes up to 2017, whilst for others to earlier years.

findable_steps I searched for education data for Ghana. The top hit was the Ghana Education Services website. But the data there did not have other dimensions like pass rates. So I also checked on the Ministry's website which got me a link to the other Education Services website with other data.
