Collector name Environmental National Office (ONE), Bureau de Cadastre Minier de Madagascar ONE is in charge of Environmental Information System in Madagascar. It's in this sense that the "Tableau de Bord Environemental" (TBE) was created. Source : https://www.pnae.mg/tbe/index.html ONE is managing 2 different websites : 1 - https://madagascarportal.org 2 - https://www.pnae.mg According to EITI mining licences are accessible per request to the Bureau de Cadastre Minier de Madagascar. Ministry of Water (Ministère en charge de l’Eau) is responsible for water and sanitation policy as well as the use of water resources in hydroelectric project development but it is unclear if there is a mandate to collect water monitoring data.
