Hydrocarbons Office (Office Malagasy des Hydrocarbures – OMH) OMH is a public industrial and commercial institution responsible for regulating the downstream petroleum industry. The Ministry of Water is responsible for water and sanitation policy as well as the use of water resources in hydroelectric project development.
