Collector name National Water Office, National Environnemental and Climate Fund, SONEB Several agencies from different ministries are responsible for collecting environmental data. For example, water quality data is collected by the Directorate General of Water, which is under the Ministry of Energy, Water and Mines. However, air quality data are collected by another agency of the Ministry of the Environment
A report by SONEB provides a description what qualifies as potable water: https://www.soneb.com/soneb15/pg-qualite-eaub, but it does not indicate pollution values.
