Datas are available in PDF format. However, last time INS published full data report on DRC was in 2015 after 20 years without publishing statistics (See https://www.radiookapi.net/2015/10/15/emissions/dialogue-entre-congolais/lins-publie-lannuaire-statistique-de-la-rdc ). Not all statistics are available online, but some are. For others, one needs to request them officially with a letter explaining why you need them. One can get them free of charge.
