Collector name Ethiopian Environmental Protection Authority, Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity, Ethiopian National Statistical Office
It was only possible to find indication that the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity might have the task to monitor environmental pollution: “The Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity of Ethiopia is a federal organization established to undertake the management of water resources, water supply and sanitation, large and medium scale irrigation and electricity. “ The website does not work though: https://www.mowie.gov.et/ No documentation or legal documents were found that would explain the mission of the Ethiopian Environmental Protection Authority. Therefore we could not verify whether it collects relevant data or will do so in the future. The website is not available: https://www.epa.gov.et/default.aspx. According to the Open Data Inventory, no data is available from the Ethiopian National Statistical Office.
