Collector name Ministry of Environment and Fisheries The Ministry of Environment and Fisheries comprises the Directorate of Environmental Assessments, Pollution and Nuisance Control (DEELCPN). The DEELCPN covers two components, one on environmental assessments and the other on pollution (waste, etc.) and nuisances (noise, etc.).
