findable_steps I performed a google search of publications of Government tenders. The top hit was the Department of National Treasury. The National Treasury website gave links to the actual pyblished data on the Department of Government Printing Works' website. Having downloaded one of the publications, I then got more information about one more source of the data, the South African Government's website. These are the original submitter's notes
